Aberdeen Social House (ASH) Bar Rules

Welcome to ASH Bar, an exclusive enclave designed to deliver unparalleled service, fine beverages, and an exceptional social atmosphere. Membership is a privilege, and we strive to maintain a welcoming yet sophisticated environment for all.

Membership Policies & Tiers

Individual Membership

• Initiation Fee: $5,000 one-time, non-refundable.
• Annual Fee: $1,000 due at renewal; non-refundable.
• Annual Fee Restaurant Credit: $500 applied to food, beverage, and private event charges at Aberdeen Social House.
• Includes one wine locker.

Corporate Membership

• Initiation Fee: $10,000 one-time, non-refundable.
• Annual Fee: $2,000 due at renewal; non-refundable.
• Annual Fee Restaurant Credit: $1,000 applied to food, beverage, and private event charges at Aberdeen Social House.
• Includes one wine locker.
• Authorized Users: Up to 4 employees from the same company. Valid company email and employment verification are required.

Eligibility

• Individual memberships are open to any person 21 years of age or older.
• Corporate memberships are open to businesses/companies in good standing. All authorized users must be current employees of the same company.
• Membership is non-transferable except within the corporate tier. Authorized users may be updated annually with proper verification.
• Aberdeen Social House reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Annual Renewal

Membership is subject to the applicable annual fee based on membership tier. Failure to pay this fee within the grace period of 15 days will result in suspension of membership privileges.

Member Privileges

• Exclusive access to ASH Bar during operating hours. Reservations are recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
• Priority reservations and concierge services for Aberdeen Social House & Rootstock Hospitality Group events.
• Priority reservations for all Rootstock restaurants.
• Invitations to private tastings, VIP events, and member-only experiences.
• Access to a curated selection of limited-release beverages, exclusively available to members.
• Concierge services for hard-to-find alcohol or food offerings for your home bar/cellar or gifts for others – you want it, we will find it!
• Ability to book ASH Bar for private events, subject to monthly restrictions.
• Direct owner access via Andrew and Ryan’s cell numbers.

Guests

Primary members are limited to 4 total people, including member(s), per visit unless prior approval is granted by management. Corporate authorized users are subject to the same guest policy unless otherwise approved by management. All guests must adhere to ASH Bar rules and dress codes. Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

Behavior and Conduct

Respectful Environment

ASH Bar is a welcoming space for all members and guests. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership suspension or termination.

Dress Code

Business casual or cocktail attire preferred. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or excessively casual clothing.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all members and guests. No photos are allowed in ASH.
